I'm losing weight. For now I know not exercise, but I will soon begin.

But now my main goal is to significantly reduce your calorie intake.

Do you have the vegetables you want (provided they are not smothered or fried in oil or fattning-Cal) are very low.

My suggestion would be to eat something rich in fiber every meal. I eat a breakfast of yogurt, low fat calories with a banana. For lunch I have a healthy alternative, or Weight Watchers Smart Ones meals. And eat for dinner, something like a turkey burger with a vegetable or chicken without skin, 3 oz grilled chicken with vegetables. I drink lots of water and at least one soda per day. For snacks such as granola bars, 100 calorie snacks and fruit. I lost 30 pounds after a system like this. Over the weekend I eat something I really want to eat pizza, Chinese food, I have my practice to walk in all the places 1-3 miles per day, depending on the time I have.
